Ways to Prevent Getting Punished in Camps

1) Obey all rules
2) Do not bring any soft toy, including key chains
3) Do not bring any electronic gadget, unless told to bring camera
4) Always greet officers & old girls
5) Always call your peers & seniors with rank by their rank, Lance Corporal Tan, etc.
Keep to time limit (bathing, eating)  When bathing, bathe as quickly as possible  When eating, eat as much as you can, forget about keeping slim…you can slim down after the camp & try to eat vegetables if you don’t….vegetables are healthy!!!
(Must be fast in everything you do—show a sense of URGENCY!! )
6) Offer help, especially when you see officers or old girls carrying things
7) Follow instructions, do not show your dissatisfaction… remember it’s a TRAINING CAMP, you may be asked to do something you loathe…忍一时,风平浪静,让一步,海阔天空
8) Take initiative to do things or ask qns at the right time
9) Cooperate as a group
10) Show due respect to your seniors and officers
11) Remember to bring all the things listed on the camp list
12) Act as a team ESPECIALLY when doing duty (no one should be seen idling around, doing nothing…there will always be things to do, so always find out what can be done & do it, but if you really don’t know what to do, check with your leader)
13) Reply as loudly as possible when officers ask you a question (DO NOT DRAG YOUR VOICES! SHORT AND SWEET PLS…)
14) Make sure that your attire is always up to standard
15) Admit the mistakes that you had done wrong ( you’ll be forgiven more easily when you admit your mistake than they find out your mistake )
16) Remember NOT to eat first before saying grace and greeting the officers
17) Must serve food to the officers FIRST
18) Lay your shoes and slippers orderly on the shoe racks (do not leave them lying around on the floor)
19) Always listen when the officers are talking( not even a whisper to your friend besides you)
20) Remember to keep all your toiletries after using them (do not leave them in the toilets)

Put in the effort to avoid getting punished…it’s worthwhile…think about it…with less punishments, we will have more time to sleep. Time will also be spent more wisely on training, not on punishment (physical & mental torture). Ultimately, everybody, officers & girls, leave the camp happily. =D

If you want to get promoted, please perform in the camp!! unleash your capabilities and most importantly be enthu!! Don’t always show a gloomy face, smile more (to everyone!)! (of course, there are other criterias to fufil in normal GB activity to get promoted too)

These are just some advices, if you cannot accept, we won’t hold grudges.

(Ask YT or Ginny or Jamie if you are unsure of anything mentioned here.)
